ORDER
The Petitioner is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 405 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.138/2025, seeking anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing of the respondent police submitted that earlier vide order dated 29.04.2025, this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12896 of 2025 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and subsequently, it was cancelled with the following observations. "4. Considering the submissions and admissions made by the petitioner and the first respondent respectively, I am of the view that since the anticipatory bail condition have not been complied with, and the first respondent herein has intentionally violated the bail conditions after availing the benefits of anticipatory bail, I am of the view that the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent herein is liable to be cancelled.
5. In view of the above, this Court had already granted anticipatory bail to the first respondent in Crl.O.P.No.12896 of 2025, dated 29.04.2025, is hereby cancelled and accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed."
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition seeking the relief of anticipatory bail is not maintainable. The petitioner is directed to surrender and shall thereafter apply for regular bail.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 03.02.2026 jai
