Crl.O.P.No.33720 of 2025 is filed seeking quashment of the case in C.C.No.2 of 2024 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Puducherry.

2. However, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner the case, which is sought to be quashed, is only S.C.No.83 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Court No.I, Puducherry and not C.C.No.2 of 2024 on the file of the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry. Hence, the present petition for amendment.

3.
