PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India praying to direct the Learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.3 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District Judge, at Chengalpattu and dispose the same within a stipulated period of time.

ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.3 of 2011.

2. The relief sought for in the suit is partition. The petitioners herein were arrayed as defendants 5 and 6.

3.A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that defendants 9 to 12 were already set exparte. The death of 7th defendant was reported. The case was adjourned from time to time for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 7th defendant.

4. Taking into consideration the relief sought for in the suit is partition and the suit was of the year 2011, this Court is inclined to direct the trial court to

dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
