This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall to report before the respondent police daily on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court by its order dated 12.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25082 of 2024 in Crime No.29 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
