ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the Page No.1 of 4

petitioner is owned by her, based on her application, dated 23.06.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 23.06.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered by the respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) There shall be no order as to costs.
