This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2025 and consequently, to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner for the property (morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition) within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections, if any, of the neighbouring landowners as well as any other third party, whom, the second respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the petitioner.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's 2/4

representation dated 07.11.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property (morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition) after hearing objections, if any, of the neighbouring landowners as well as any other third party, whom, the second respondent deems it fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
