ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) is filed to direct the first respondent to conduct enquiry and initiate appropriate action against the second respondent/petitioner's husband and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2024.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the representation dated 10.12.2024 is said to have been sent by registered post on 10.12.2024 and if the petitioner approaches the first respondent with a fresh representation, it will be duly considered and enquiry will be completed within a period of eight weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is at liberty to give a fresh representation before the first respondent. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent shall conduct an enquiry and complete the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the same. 4.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
