ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(2), 296(b) and 351(2) of BNS in connection with the case in Crime No.69 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This Court vide order dated 23.09.2025, in Crl.O.P.Nop.24586 of 2025, had granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions. However, the petitioner had failed to execute the sureties within time stipulated by this Court and thereafter, moved a petition seeking extension of time to execute the sureties and subsequently, he failed to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. Now the petitioner has filed the second anticipatory bail without any valid reasons, which is not maintainable. Hence, I not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
