This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant.

2. The learned counsel for appellant would submit that this Court by a judgment dated 04.09.2025 allowed the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. However, he would submit that petitioner's father name was wrongly mentioned. Hence, he prayed to amend the same and requested to issue fresh judgment copy.

4. Considering his submissions, Registry is directed to substitute the petitioner's father name mentioned in the cause title viz., "Chennappakesavalu" as "Chenna Kesavalu"

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the judgment of this Court in C.M.A.No. 3277 of 2019 dated 04.09.2025 and issue fresh judgment copy.
