Respondent(s) PRAYER;This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularise the service of petitioner as driver from the date of initial appointment in the light of WP (MD) No. 11106 of 2013, dated 12.07.2017 confirmed in WA (MD) No. 686 of 2017 , SLP No. 29276 of 2018 dated 4.09.2018 implemented vide GO MS . No. 03 Environment and Forest Department dated 11.01.2019 and order made in WP

No. 2650 of 2019 etc., dated 12.06.2019 for 10 drivers similarly placed as that of the petitioner confirmed in order made in WA No. 391 of 2020 etc., as against WP No. 2650 of 2019 etc implemented vide GO Ms. No. 8 Environment and Forest (Fr.2.II) Department dated 22.01.2021 and in the light of GO Ms. No. 154 Environment and Forest (FR.2.II) Department dated 26.09.2022 , GO (2D) No. 10 Environment and Climate Change and Forests (FR2(II) Department dated 22.01.2024 and GO (2D) No . 11, Environment and Climate Change and Forests (FR2(II) Department dated 22.01.2024 and with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularise the service of petitioner as driver from the date of initial appointment in the light of WP (MD) No. 11106 of 2013, dated 12.07.2017 confirmed in WA (MD) No. 686 of 2017 , SLP No. 29276 of 2018 dated 4.09.2018 implemented vide GO MS . No. 03 Environment and Forest Department dated 11.01.2019 and order made in WP No. 2650 of 2019 etc., dated 12.06.2019 for 10 drivers similarly placed as that of the petitioner confirmed in order made in WA No. 391 of 2020 etc., as against WP No. 2650 of 2019 etc implemented vide GO Ms. No. 8 Environment and Forest (Fr.2.II) Department dated 22.01.2021 and in the light of GO Ms. No. 154 Environment and Forest (FR.2.II) Department dated 26.09.2022 , GO (2D) No. 10 Environment and Climate Change and Forests (FR2(II) Department dated 22.01.2024 and GO (2D) No . 11,

2. It is the case of the petitioners that the petitioners were appointed as a Driver on daily wage basis from 2013 as a Driver on through Employment Exchange on a sanctioned post. Even after 10 years, the petitioners service was not regularised. Hence, the petitioners made a representation on 15.11.2022 and the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Additional government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second

respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
