These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 142 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. There is no representation for the respondent.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent have to be brought on record, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are Ordered.

5. Notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by 10.04.2026. Private notice is also permitted.
