ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.Arjun Kumar, Inspector of Police, Peelamedu Police Station, was present before this Court. The affidavit of the Inspector of Police has also been filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:- "9. I respectfully submit that, upon completion of a detailed and elaborate investigation, a final report has been filed before the learned Special Court for EC & NDPS Act, Coimbatore, through e-filing on 24.01.2026 vide LTN20230000678C202600115 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.52 of 2026. The next date of hearing on 02.04.2026 for appearance of accused."
