The Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the judgment and decree dated 03.07.2017 passed by the learned VI Judge, Court of Small Cases, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chennai, in E.P.No.513 of 2015 in M.C.O.P.No.4120 of 2008, thereby dismissing the execution petition filed by the petitioner herein. 2.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. 3.
