ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28529 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025, passed by this Court that the petitioners shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1 every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Courst.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28529 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
