JUDGMENT

When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions i.e., 28.11.2023, 30.11,2023, 05.12.2023 and 07.12.2023, none appeared on behalf of the appellants. Thus, this Court, directed the Registry to list the matter on 11.12.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, i.e.,11.12.2023, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellants. Thus, it is evident that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the matter.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
