ORDER

This writ petition (Crl.) has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct a fair and proper investigation and to take necessary action, against the fourth respondent in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that based on the complaint dated 26.08.2025 given by the petitioner's husband against the fourth respondent, an enquiry was conducted by the third respondent in C.S.R.No.1020 of 2025. However, the complaint has now been closed, as the dispute between the parties was found to be civil in nature.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition (Crl.) is closed with a direction to the respondents police to serve the closure report on the petitioner. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs. 12-01-2026 rap
