As directed by this Court, the petitioner has filed this impleading petition to implead the 7th respondent as party respondent in the main writ petition.

The respective learned Government Advocates appearing for the official respondents have not raised any serious objections for allowing this petition. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the amendments accordingly.

4. Post the main writ petition in W.P.No.47426 of 2025 on 02.02.2026.
