CMP No.32350 of 2025 in CRP Sr. No.209355 of 2025 P.B.BALAJI,J.

The learned counsel for the petitioners state that they are the legal heirs of one Kandasami, who had purchased the suit property, from the respondents two and three. Now, the parties have proceeded to settle the matter before the Lok Adalat, directly prejudicing and infringing the rights of the revision petitioners.

2. I have gone through the affidavit and the petitioners have made out good ground to grant leave to file the above Civil Revision Petition and the same is ordered.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner expresses urgency. The Registry may permit the revision petitioner to move the revision before the vacation Court.
