This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the accused/A4 to suspend the sentence imposed against him in judgment dated 30.10.2023 in S.C.No.332 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, pending disposal of the appeal.

2. Since the records have been received and the typed set of papers is also made ready, and the appeal is ripe for arguments, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal.

3. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
