..Respondents Prayer : Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to amend the prayer as writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to forthwith take necessary action against the second respondent by closing and removing the illegal and unauthorised rear-side door created by the second respondent into Elumalai Street, Arjunamedu, Thiruverkadu, and by removing the unauthorized and illegal encroachment to an extent of approximately 10 feet made by the second respondent on the public road on Elumalai Street on the rear side of his property, and consequently restore the road to its original width and status strictly in accordance with the approved layout, instead of directing the first respondent to take necessary action against the second respondent by closing the illegal rear-side door opened by the second respondent into Elumalai __________Page 1 of 4
