When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been referred as mistake of fact and final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTN20220001589 [2025 00473] before the Spl. Court for SC/ST Cases, Tiruvannamalai on 30.12.2025 and RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner.
