ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, only on the basis that he is a resident of the same area, has filed this petition alleging illegal construction by the 3rd respondent.

2. In the absence of there being any allegation that the construction has been raised on a public land/street/road and how such construction is affecting any of the rights of the petitioner, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending or to examine the same at the instance of the petitioner, who lacks locus.

3. We leave it open for the local body to examine the complaint, if any made with regard to the alleged construction.
