ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025 seeking correction of patta in her favour for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. The petitioner claims that the name of the patta holder has been wrongly mentioned in the subject patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which, according to the petitioner, is owned by her. The petitioner seeks correction of patta in her favour and has given a representation dated 29.05.2025 for the said purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders on __________Page 2 of 4
