This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(c) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.33190 of 2025, dated 04.12.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 06:30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein is a law student and due to his academic schedule, he is unable to comply with the aforesaid condition imposed on him, while granting anticipatory bail by this Court, hence prays to modify the same. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(c) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.33190 of 2025, dated 04.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner herein shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation by the respondent police.
