The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326(a), 21(1) of BNS, in Crime No.152 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed on merits on 05.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30017 of 2025 and now, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that, in this case, investigation completed and final report also filed and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.3 of 2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate 2, Villupuram, andthe same has been taken cognizance and the summons have been issued.

3. In view of the fact that the summons were issued by the learned Magistrate and since, there is no apprehension of arrest, there is no need for granting anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
