M/S.M.S. Mani COMMON ORDER Two applications have been filed by the applicants: (i) The first application in A.No.807 of 2026 seeks amendment of the plaint in CS. DR.No.9711 of 2025 as well as in A.No.5025 of 2025 by incorporating the birth names of defendants 4 to 8, as set out in the schedule to the amendment.

(ii) The second application in A.No.808 of 2026 seeks to implead the proposed 10th respondent as 10th defendant in the plaint as well as in A.No.5025 of 2025, and in all other allied connected case papers in the suit in DR.No.9711 of 2025.

Since this Court convinced with the arguments made by the learned counsel for the applicants, in the application filed for dispensed with the Section 80 CPC., notice and the orders were passed even without impleading the proposed parties. For the time being these applications are closed. If any necessity arises in future, the applications may file fresh applications. 3.
