ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for payment of last drawn wages equivalent to Section 56 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020.

2. Upon perusal of the affidavit and the additional affidavit, the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is not in any manner gainfully 1/3

employed. Upon perusal of the impugned order in the Writ Petition, the award was passed for reinstatement.

3. In view thereof, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on the following terms:- (i) The petitioner management is directed to pay the last drawn wages from the month of July, 2025 onwards;

(ii) The entire arrears from July, 2025 to January, 2026 shall be paid on or before 05.02.2026 and thereafter, from the month of February, 2026, the last drawn wages shall be paid on or before 5th of every succeeding calendar month.
