This application has been filed by the applicant to grant leave to the applicant to file additional documents mentioned in the petition. 1/3
2. According to the applicant, she is the plaintiff in the main suit. She filed the suit for damages and for recovery of possession. At the time of filing the suit, the petition mentioned documents are not available with him. Now only they brought the petition mentioned documents which are very essential to prove the case.
3. The other side have not seriously objected.
4. Considering the nature of application and the evidence has not been recorded so far and this application is filed only to grant leave for production of documents belatedly, this petition is allowed and the documents can be received, subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility. The respondent is at liberty to raise any objections at the time of marking the documents in all aspects.
5. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording evidence on 21.01.2026.
