ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2025 seeking for UDR correction for the survey numbers, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and thereafter issue a fresh patta in favour of the petitioner. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2.The petitioner claims that she had filed supporting documents along with her representation dated 18.09.2025 seeking for the relief as prayed for in this writ petition.
3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with
law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner along with her representation dated 18.09.2025. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2025 seeking for correction of UDR in respect of the survey numbers, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and thereafter issue patta in favour of the petitioner, if the petitioner is found to be eligible, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner along with her representation dated 18.09.2025, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
