When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the investigation in Crime No.260 of 2025 has been completed and the complaint has been closed as "mistake of fact" and the final report is yet to be filed before the Court concerned.
