ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections318(4) of BNS and 66D of IT Act in Crime No.16 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail. 1/3

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, the petitioner was earlier arrested and released on bail. Subsequently, due to non compliance of the bail condition, bail was cancelled in Crl.MP.No.2545 of 2025 on the file Principal Sessions Court, Ariyalur.

3. Considering the above facts, I am of the view that the petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable .However, the petitioner shall challenge the cancellation of bail order, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 19.12.2025 Vv To
