This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 67 days in filing the appeal.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 67 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
