ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to rectify the extent of the land, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, from 0.05.5 Hec to 0.06.5 Hec in the joint patta No.357 and make subdivision of the lands Taluk, Namakkal District, based on the report submitted by the respondents 4 and 5, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.The petitioner has filed documents along with this writ petition in support of the petitioner's case.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation seeking for rectification of the extent as prayed for in this writ petition and a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law, based on the report

dated 07.07.2023 submitted by the respondents 4 and 5, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent seeking to rectify the extent of the land from 0.05.5 Hec. to 0.06.5 Hec. in the joint patta No.357 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation within the stipulated time, the second respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the report submitted by the respondents 4 and 5 within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
