Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 26.07.2025 passed in Application Reference No.TN3202507262237 / Application Transaction No.133020324344813 by the 2nd Respondent, quashing the said order, and consequently directing the 2nd Respondent to issue a Nativity Certificate in favour of the Petitioner's son. Master. Sudhershan K, certifying that he hails from Perambur Taluk, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

Challenging a SMS communication received from the 2nd respondent, the petitioner is before this Court. The petitioner's contention is that he had applied for a nativity certificate for his eldest son, Minor Sudhershan before the 2nd respondent and along with the said application he had also annexed the relevant documents on 26.07.2025. On the very same day, he had received an SMS rejecting his request. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/5

2. Heard the rival submission and examined the impugned communication.

3. The order that is sought to be challenged cannot be termed as an order rejecting the petitioner's application in as much as the respondents have only sought for further documents from the petitioner.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to produce the further documents as called for and thereafter within a period of 2 weeks, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
