Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 26.07.2025 passed in Application Reference No.TN3202507262477 / Application Transaction No.133020324346178 by the 2nd Respondent, quashing the said order, and consequently directing the 2nd Respondent to issue a Nativity Certificate in favour of the Petitioner's son. Master.Devesh.K, certifying that he hails from Perambur Taluk, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 26.07.2025 passed in Application Reference No.TN3202507262477 / Application Transaction No.133020324346178 by the 2nd Respondent, quashing the 2/5

said order, and consequently directing the 2nd Respondent to issue a Nativity Certificate in favour of the Petitioner's son. Master.Devesh.K, certifying that he hails from Perambur Taluk, within the time frame fixed by this Court."

2. A perusal of the records would show that the impugned order is a non speaking one line order. Therefore, the impugned order is quashed. The matter is remitted back to the 2nd respondent for fresh consideration. The 2nd respondent shall pass a detailed order after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
