Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since 1/4

this Court is not inclined to pass any adverse order as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 and forthwith provide the petitioner with a suitable employment opportunity in the respondents office on compassionate grounds.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 17.11.2025 to the respondents seeking to provide the petitioner with a suitable employment opportunity in the respondents office on compassionate grounds, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing 2/4

any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
