The petitioner intends to challenge the decree for partition behind back of the petitioner, who in fact obtained the decree before the competent Civil Court and suppressing the same, the respondents have obtained the award before the Lok Adalat.

2. I am satisfied that the petitioner has made good ground for the grant leave petition being ordered.

3. Accordingly, CMP No. 32390 of 2025 is ordered.
