ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his revision dated 08.12.2025 pending on the file of the first respondent. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the fourth respondent in this writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision dated 08.12.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's revision.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision dated 08.12.2025 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent and by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
