ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.157 of 2023 before the jurisdictional Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the third respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the third respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.157 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
