This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his favour for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition and to pass orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. Since the said representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2025 seeking for issuance of patta has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners and any other third 2/4
party, whom, the fourth respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the petitioner.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the fourth respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom, the fourth respondent deems it fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
