ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to cancel the patta Nos.2500, 2501 and 2502 for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, which is now standing in the name of the respondents 4 to 6.
2. The petitioner had given a representation on 25.10.2025 to the 2nd respondent seeking for cancellation of the aforesaid pattas now standing in the name of the respondents 4 to 6. According to the petitioner, erroneously and illegally patta No.2500, 2501 and 2502 was issued in the name of the private respondents. A representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2025 was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 4 to 6 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 to 6 as well as any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.10.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta Nos.2500, 2501 and 2502 now standing in the name of the respondents 4 to 6 for the property morefully described in the prayer to Page No.3 of 6
this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections, if any from the respondents 4 to 6, and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
