ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The first respondent has issued summons to the petitioner pursuant to an application filed by the third respondent seeking for cancellation of patta issued to the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that he has not been furnished with a copy of the application submitted by the third respondent as well as supporting documents filed by him, seeking for cancellation of patta.

3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent in this writ petition is dispensed with.

4. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, and he submits that he will instruct the first respondent to furnish a copy of the application submitted by the third respondent seeking for cancellation of patta as well as supporting documents to the petitioner. The said undertaking given by the respondents 1 and 2 through the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

5. In view of the same, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to furnish a copy of the application submitted by the third respondent along with __________Page 2 of 4

supporting documents, seeking for cancellation of patta issued to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After furnishing copies to the petitioner, the first respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the third respondent's application seeking for cancellation of patta issued to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 06-01-2026 RKM To
