This petition has been filed to extend the time for payment of Rs.1,000/- ordered on 05.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.20491 of 2025 in CRL RC SR. No. 31914 of 2024 by a further period of two weeks.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made, time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the earlier order passed by this Court on 05.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.20491 of 2025 in CRL RC SR. No. 31914 of 2024 on further condition that the petitioner shall additionally deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/-. The petitioner shall therefore deposit a total sum of Rs.2,500/- on or before 20.01.2026, failing which the order passed shall stand vacated without reference to this Court.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
