This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of C.C. No. 3 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Magistrate Level, Coimbatore as per order dated 13.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.21323 of 2025 in Crl.R.C. No. 2361 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made, the petitioner is granted three weeks time to make the deposit of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) as ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P. No. 21323 of 2025 in Crl.R.C. No. 2361 of 2025 failing which the order granting suspension of sentence shall stand vacated without any further reference to this Court.
