This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the credit of C.C. No. 313 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Magistrate Level, Coimbatore as per order dated 13.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.21326 of 2025 in Crl.R.C. No. 2362 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made, the petitioner is granted three weeks time to make the deposit of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) as ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P. No. 21326 of 2025 in Crl.R.C. No. 2362 of 2025 failing which the order granting suspension of sentence shall stand vacated without any further reference to this Court. 4.

The petition is ordered accordingly.
