ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Challenge to the interim order dated 18.09.2025 is completely misconceived. The interim order, which was granted earlier in favour of the petitioner, was to facilitate the removal of products and for that purpose, to de-seal the shop. The petitioner has come forward to seek a clarification by way of this petition.

2. The order dated 18.09.2025 is clear. The subsequent notice dated 15.10.2025 also shows that the petitioner, after de-sealing, without removing the products, has started selling. The Municipality shall take necessary steps to immediately seal the premises.

3. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the respondents to immediately seal the premises. It is made clear that the other part of the interim order passed in favour of the petitioner earlier shall be operated in the spirit of the order passed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
