Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to survey the Petitioner's property and demarcate the correct boundaries and issue a patta for her land measuring 6156 sq.ft out of 7200 sq.ft comprised in S. No.129 Sub division 129/1A1A1, Block No.13-B, T.S.No.65 Virugambakkkam Village Mambalam Taluk Chennai within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Order This Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, based on her representation dated 04.09.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. The petitioner had submitted a representation dated 04.09.2025 seeking for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
5. No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents, if the 2/4
aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom, the second respondent deems it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom, the second respondent deems it fit to enquire.
b) After receiving objections, if any, and after considering the same, the second respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
No Costs.
