ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the hearing and complete the Trial in HMOP No.3 of 2022, within a stipulated period, fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed the above said HMOP No.3 of 2022 seeking dissolution of marriage on the ground of cruelty. It is seen from the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers that the respondent was set exparte thrice and ultimately he filed counter to the main original petition on 05.02.2024. Subsequently, PW1 was already examined in chief and the matter was posted for cross examination of PW1 on 10.03.2025. Thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the case.

3. Taking into consideration the OP was of the year 2022 and the enquiry is in the stage of PW1 cross, this court is inclined to direct the learned Sub Judge, Ranipet to dispose of HMOP No.3 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
