When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this

petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he seeks to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.

3.
