This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Though notice has been served on respondents 2 and 3 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 2 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
